Functional room with a stylish decor and a spotless bathroom. Marvellous location; polite staff.

The location was convenient and perfect, close to main attractions in Cornwall, and my bed was great. Food was nice and I stayed in the double room, it was romantic.

The location was particularly good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Everything was excellent and within 15 minutes' drive of Land's End airport:)))

Perfect and stunning location to Penzance shopping centre and central area. Again, walking distance to a public park. Nice hot and varied breakfast with lots of cereals, yoghourt, and fresh fruit to satisfy every guest.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel situated in a quiet residential area just outside of the town centre. The location was perfect, as it was a short stroll to the promenade and a wide selection of pubs and restaurants. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a warm welcome and helpful recommendations for dining options in the area. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in providing amenities such as a fan during the hot weather. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a well-appointed dining table. The hotel also provided fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which was a pleasant surprise.

Families will find this venue to be the perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff were attentive and pleasant. Our queen room was good quality and brand-new with great beds.

Location convenient to St. Ives and Minack Theatre, as well as Penzance; room was comfortable, in good repair and immaculately clean; breakfast was good.

The decor in the room and in the breakfast room in the lower level left something to be desired.

Comfortable modern and well-appointed rooms with stylish design. Well prepared and rich breakfast and good food. Very good services, the free parking was available on street. Not to mention fast wifi! All in all exceptionally nice location, so close to the seafront and the town centre, and the downtown area. Situated only 1 km from Wharfside Shopping Centre.

Thank you guys for a lovely stay for 3 nights. The location is excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from The Alverton Gallery. Btw, it's at a short distance from city centre.

Our twin room was romantic with comfy beds. We had well prepared and rich breakfasts with yoghurt and juice, as for instance.

The setting was perfect, right by the beach. Loved the twin room with comfortable beds, felt like we where home.
